This actually went to court. The court ruled that since the man posted the signs on his (private) property, he is allowed to show whatever content that he wants. And his azaleas are nice.
No infringements on life, liberty, and property.

I think I may as well give up on my block entirely. When I do update it...it's with things like links to THAT VERY SAME pic...and a caption that read "This one's for Carter"
And apparently nobody saw it.
As apparently nobody saw many of the pics / links I've put there that ended up becoming a thread by someone else.

You labeled it for Carter. So I didn't read it.
Vanch is right: there should be block level comments would be nice. An alternative would be for you to create a thread and put a link to that thread in your block.

Back in Garmachi.com v.1 the blocks used to be gateways to an entire page of content. At first I updated it constantly. Always checking for amusing links, stories, comics, articles...etc...
I'm lazy now. I'd just rather link to the site I found the content on, rather than copy the content entirely.

I'm sure you could do better than some of the code I look at every day. I swear some of this crap only works by sheer luck.
